It wont make any difference in performance. Just will make the pulley stronger and less belt wear possibly. They are out of stock at the moment i believe but a shipment should be in soon.

Good score on the exhaust. The mid-range is the sweet spot.

Personally, I think it's one person who hates the pulley, somebody named "lo_bux_racer"..

Anything he says gets backed up by a bunch of people who will believe anything he types.

Yah I agree with you. He has a crazy amount of posts. Although he does seem pretty knowledgeable. I wish someone who was as knowledgeable or could provide some good points in how it wouldnt hurt the car would post something.

People who know something about the other side of the coin do post as well from time to time. Unfortunately they are often met by violent opposition to the point where they feel like the cause is no longer worth fighting. I have posted on many pulley threads myself. I could go on.... but sadly I'm tired of it all.

70,000+ miles with NST pulleys over the past few years and counting

We covered that over there Double. myself , and I am sure others knew about the possible ill effects long before scionlife or yoursciontc existed and about 15 years before I ever heard of lo_bux or any of the others there. Some of us actually have experience. I wont go on here anymore about it, especially in a thread that is not about the effects of it. So why dont you stop trying to start trouble, since you cant offfer one shred of technical info.. because you dont have any.

Sorry to everyone else, I have no problems with you, zpi or anyone for that matter. But this guy runs around starting arguments with absolutely nothing intelligent to add. I can promise I wont go into any of the effects on here. The discussion, as well as the links to supporting info can remain there.

^^ Agreed, 100%.

But as hpower said, our "camp" repeatedly meets with fierce and hostile and many times ignorant opposition.

ANYWAYS, I'm curious if anyone has average time improvements after installing a pulley. Theoretically speaking, shaving off about a pound or two should result in a reduction of about 0.02 in the 1/4 mile time. How's it show in real life?

Keep it in the other forum engifineer.

I'm not "starting arguments" as you mentioned I just don't agree with what you (or should I just say lo_bux) has to say.

They're very close minded people.. They have there mind set and if you even show them an engine that's gone over 100,000 miles with one of these pullies they still will not accept it.

If you have an account over there, post something about your experiences and all the miles you've gone with no issues.

I'll let you know when I install mine, I'm currently running constant 9.9's right now (1/8th mile), and I'll be going back to the track once I have it installed.

I'm pretty sure it'll take more then .02 seconds off my time.. More like .1, but we'll see.

From what i've noticed double usually has very valid posts. Although a lot of times the way people might percieve him might be in a bad way, he is not a troll or just trying to stir crap up.

But to bring it back to topic, has anyone with this currently installed noticed any new vibrations?

You just posted three times trying to again argue your little point. So who is bringing it here? You still produce no valid point and obviously still stay on your same blind argument. Again, I had my opinions about 15 years before I heard of lo_bux or any of you. But you obviously cant read or comprehend what you read since I have mentioned that three times now, so I may as well be arguing with my 10 year old, he at least understands a little how the inside of an engine works and could actually provide some argument rather than just trying to mouth off. You guys have fun now
