ZPIracing Crank Pulley V.2.0

I am an auto .... install was a little tough but i used a good quality strap wrench on the crank pulley to stop it from moving. I purchased the nsi pulley kit, the water pump pulley is a little tough to get off but a pain to get back on. If any body wants to know how i got it on PM me. There is a BIG difference in the weight of the water pulleys. The kit feels better than the AP pulley that i had and it does feel like it shifts faster when you are wide open shifting from 3rd to drive. Much faster than stock ( it doesn't seem like it hangs a 6K b4 shifting almost like it is running past its power band.) It would be cool to try one of the v 2.0 pulleys to compare against the other two.

i know i was giving a comparison. for pulleys period on an auto. that is why i talked about the AP pulley which is the same as your v1.0 right so if the v 2 is better than that i feel it should be better than the nst underdrive with the water pulley that i have on my car. i would have to dyno to be sure though.

Well I just ordered my ZPI V.2.0 Pulley w/ Anodized Finish (Along with Injen Intake) and I'll be sure to post up some pictures ASAP. For all us Auto guys I will let you know about the results/performance after the installs. I can't wait!

Well here are some pics of the install!
Here is my wheel taken off to get to the pully.

I had my fender off (only because I was tweeking my lambo door hinges) I don't think this made it any easier to put on the pully, but was there anyways!

Removed plastic shroud covering pully and engine

Stock pully

I removed the stock pully using my air tools (650)lbs of torque. (This isn't necessary just what i had) Turn counter clock wise to remove bolt.
I then loosened the belt and removed the pully. Lined up the new pully and bolted in. Put the belt back on and tightened.

i installed this pulley last night, i have an automatic and i noticed a great increase. it revs alot quicker and you can feel more pull thru the gears. this was my first time buying straight from ZPI and i will definitely buy from them again.

Only if the damage caused to the engine could be traced to the install or use of this part, which would be hard to prove... but, it could get you heat (it'd be hard to notice it though)....

It will benifit the auto as well.... and you should get a bettle throttle response from it.... I went with the NST underdrive setup, cause I wanted a few more bits of power as well, but the concept is the same.... Check my NST UNDERDRIVE thread for info about them.... both setups will get you an improvement though.
