[Untuned] White Smoke?
When car is at idle.. there is no white smoke..
When car is revved 2,500-4,000 a lot of white smoke comes out of the down pipe.
Car is untuned and have no been drivin on the street yet since turbo was put on..
Any ideas?

if there is a vacuum line attached to your crankcase, take it off.. thats what caused all the white smoke for my car.. i believe theres positive pressure going to your crankcase right now

you would want to install a catch can in there because once you hit boost, excess oil will be getting into your exhaust and burning black... which will cause a lot of shop to think its a blown gasket

lol i would look wayyyyyyyyy more into trying to get the car boosted before actually boosting any car.... the amount of power depends in how many lbs of boost, what kind of turbo, pipe sizes, etc...

yeah i don't know about boost but I'm certainly here to learn. i wanted to go NA at first but gotta see if its worth it. I was going to get je pistons, eagle rods, PnP the head, header, underdrive pulley full arm intake eliminate the resonator and a catback system a FS1 flywheel and aem clutch and possibly a piggyback system from AEM. I want to get somewhere around 200hp and ill be happy. I think with that I should hit 200 or close to it before the piggyback system.

^^^ I agree... a big X2 on that one. He had a pretty good write-up on his own N/A tC build.
It wont tell you step for step what to do, but at least you can get a pretty good idea of the amount of cash, work, and estimated results you can expect to see with a similar build.

it was 350 on 100% ethanol and very high compression. however, now that 85% ethanol fuel is becoming more readily available at the pump, 300 n/a seems in reach for an e-85 only street car.
