Default |Dezod| More info on new intercooler pipes...

Well with respect to our new hotness mentioned here:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=241979

I just wanted to point out some of new features first off:

T6 6061 Aerospace Aluminum
Mirror Finished Polish

Mandrel Bent for smooth air flow

CNC MAF adapter plate with DSS Technology
Precision Hand TIG Welded

Bead Rolled Edges to prevent pipe blow off

Accomodates Crankcase Ventilation*
(or if a catch can is used, can be used to recirculate your BOV)

Competitively priced

Proven performance with over 4 years of testing and abuse on Scions around the USA!

Coming to Dezod.com January 2009

Stay tuned.

It's in progress, but will require a turbine housing change as well.

i dont think those pictures do justice to your bov flange. the reflection from the flash makes it look sloppy.

Actually it was the glare of the overhead light. The welds are actually better there than the MAF flange. I will see if I can get some pics of these pipes on the car.

Damn lighting sucks here for pics. Either too bright or not enough.

You can sell the intake pipe and we are not changing out the BOV flanges. We are steering away from the custom stuff and sticking with what works.

My bov works just fine. But I don't wanna go through the hassle of trying to sell the intake pipe plus I have a blow through setup anyways. Guess I will stick with my setup. Or get custom piping here

Sorry man. I understand 100%. It's just that we got too tied up with lead times and tons of other BS last year with tons of changes to proven parts that we know work well.
