06 TC1 fuel injector extension?
Hello, I am new to boosting cars. Some of my friends have had boosted cars, anyways here is the setup that I bought. I bought it used, but turbonetics sells the kit all in one, it came with a unichip plug and play, set for 8 psi. What I am wondering is..
Is there any fuel injector clip extensions? The fuel injectors I received are not PnP. The kit expects me to cut off my factory fuel injector clips which I do not want to do. I was wondering if there was like a male plug for sale that would plug into the stock female clip? so male to bare wires, so I can solder them to the new aftermarket clips?
So if needed, I can unplug and plug my stock fuel injector back on with no prob's. (daily driver)
If you have links, I would greatly appreciate it!!

Get different injectors. Yes, you can create your own junction box though, a quick release if you will. Going full blown clips might not be what you are looking to do, but if you want to spend the money, then do it I guess. I think you will have to buy new injectors to get the clips off, don't know if Scion sells just the clips. Anyhow, I run 460cc's in my race car and they are hard wires and are excellent, no clips.
Conjuction box?? Can you explain?
so you dont think there is any other way other then spending a lot or cutting? I would think that there would be male clips with bare ends for like 10 dollars max a peice. Lol fml. I really dont wanna put any more cash in this setup.(new injectors). Plus if i got new ones then i would have to get a tune, i do not trustshops around here(there is like two) and i believe that they dont have unichip software. And to purchase the software its 300... blah.
Anyways, there is not" easy way out" clips to buy?

It's a junction box. A conjunction is a grammatical term that connects two word or sentences together. But anyways, yeah, a junction box would allow the same thing you are looking for, a quick release. I guess you could get four sets of male/female clips and solder the wires into them. I would think it would work the same as splicing, I don't see why not. I guess I though you were looking for Scion's exact male/female clips. But if you just want clips, then yeah, that should work. I haven't heard of anyone doing it, but I should work. The problem I am thinking of is that it might mess with the wattage. You don't want to kill the signal by doing it. There is a reason why the injectors you got are hard wired, they are running the right watts and ohms to make it work, and if you add clips, it might kill the signal a bit and might mess it up. I could be wrong though, I don't know. But once you start messing with resistors and all that junk, you heading down hill. Bottomline, I'd leave them hard lined. You aren't going to be messing with them that often, and removing them from the intake manifold isn't that bad if you were to have to.
I don't know why you are so hung up on clips. It's not that big of a deal to have them hard lined, and then if you need to swap one out or something to just cut the wire and put in a replacement. Leave them hard lined. I don't know what you think the benefits are??
