little turbo.. high psi.. alot of heat.. heat = problems!

bigger ic possibly..

you see.. this is why some turbos do better on pump gas then others...

Mike,

My turbo should be fine for 400whp. The .48 AR exhaust side will be swapped out to a .82. I also have a ported head. Redline will be rasied as well.. 400whp on pump shouldn't be hard for a 50trim.

The key will be the tuning.

Yeah - I'm going to attempt it myself at first... see how well I can get it. There are so many options on the Hydra.. especially the 2.6.

Anything as big or bigger than a T04E 60trim.

So here's a good list of turbos to use:

60-1
S300's
GT30
GT35

And many others. It's all a matter of preference.

garrettttt 60-1... i found the same exact turbo i have (mikes old turbo) for like 800 bucks brand new.. cant beat that for a new turbo that will make up to 550whp lol
