Thats 500 for LSD,Clutch and Flywheel install.

 

so how much did you spend on your LSD? what else do you need to install the LSD? i thought you need the intall kit for it?

 

You are correct sir, the TRD LSD requires an install kit for like 140 bux.

I have the install kit as well, its sitting at the shop.

 

yeah good luck putting the lsd yourself. now that is a job where so many things can go wrong.

 

If we can drop in a Tranny as well as a few clutches, I'm sure we can do an LSD.

Can someone explain to me why putting on another 30-40lbs on a n/a car trying to reduce their times would be beneficial. I mean running 13's would require say 240ish whp. But with extra weight, even if it helps traction (which in a straight line drag, I dont see how it would be beneficial), wouldn't the point be to reduce weight since its already harder to obtain the necessary power without f/i?

 

the only thing he added weight wise were speakers?

and they dont weigh much opposed to stock, so i dont know where your getting 30-40lbs.

The factory speakers and deck weigh more them my pioneers and alphines........

Better sounding system and still lost weight......BAMN.......
