If you contact NST when you order your custom pulley, which would be a no-brainer to order from them, they should be able to tell you what belt size you will need.

Or IceNine "Carl" should be able to tell you.

Hey who you calling a wimp I think the best thing to do for that much boost is a larger crank pulley.

theres not enough clearance to make the crank pulley significantly larger...Mike from NST and I along with a few others that were running the blower a couple years back came to that conclusion

Bummer I think have a pulley small enough to make 14 psi would have slipping issues I would deffinitly like to see the numbers it puts down though. I'm thinking about a 11 psi pulley but I'm not sure if the trd injectors will give enough fuel.

You should talk to kytc (if he is still even on these boards). He had a small pulley and couldn't get the belt to quit slipping. It was putting down about 2-3 psi less than what it was supposed to because of the slippage. He had a gatorback belt. I suppose that would still be the best.

yeah slippage might come into affect, I'm gonna see what happens. but I figured sense I am gonna go all out with the s/c project I might as well get the 14 pully and see what I can do. my only problem right now is finding the key to remove this stupid bolt off the 07 s/c

What other engine mods do you have? You going to do anything to the block or head? Anything over 300 hp on a stock block is crazy.

Anybody who buys a new s/c right now.. 05-06 or 07 is going to get the new pulley bolt. My tC had the new pulley bolt when they recently replaced my s/c.
