i've got my fidanza waiting to install with my comp stage 4 clutch... pretty excited about it, but yeah, im also curious about the steel vs aluminum... i heard the steel was slightly more likely to crack, is that correct?

if you want to drag race the car then keep the 3" exhaust. you wil only lose a slight bit of low end torque. also keep the flywheel stock. a lightweight unit will rev faster, but your rpm will also drop alot faster between shifts. think of someone reving a sport bike.

So, I have a shortshifter and I shift pretty quick, so I think I should be ok.

Does the 3" exhaust reduce little low end torque and increases top end?

Steel flywheel tend to be a wee bit stronger then Alum flywheels. I had a Findanza on my old tC and went Cast Steel on this one.

So, I'm confused between the two issues. Can anyone help me out here?

"Lightweight flywheel messing up your launch and makes your engine unbalanced"......That comes out of the mouths of people who can't drive.

If it is a very aggressive clutch, you will have a harder time being smooth on the street under normal driving. Depends on the clutch though.

ROFL @ a kid who puts that much money into their car and has to ask a STUPID question like that!!!

you should not be driving that car.

so, does your dad just directly pay for all your parts/install labor....or does he just give u the money and let you hand it to the mechanic??? :D

noobs....
