Paul, a little more info on this. Where does Dezod actually come into play on this car? The car was in Cali, and you are half way across the US in FL. So, where do you come into play when you say it's your Race team?

Just finished reading the cool article, but no mention of the words Dezod, or Paul Dezod in any of it, so I'm a little puzzled on where you come in as you said it was "Your" Race team.

 

i didnt see it as pauls race team either. but i did see dezod motorsports under the part of the article where it says "partnerships already in place with"

 

I'm not trying to be picky here, I was just under the impression that when someone says "My/Our Race Team", that they actually had a hand in building, testing and tuning, or fabricating with the actual car in his/her presence at their own shop or the person/s actual OWN the car itself.

So, you are sponsoring this particular car with parts is that correct? Cool nonetheless, just I got a different idea of what I think when someone says "Our Race team".

 

im not tryin to argue with you travis... for once but i do think they had a hand in tuning it. im not for sure though. mabey paul will chime in soon.

 

Well Don, the driver of the car, has become a good friend and business associate of mine over the past few months. We have been involved with consultation and build of the car with respect to the engine and performance.

We also developed and provided the team with an AEM EMS for the tC with a base cal, harness & map sensor. Not to mention a header, clutch and brake lines donated to the cause too.

So, when I say our race team or my race team, I use the term loosly due to the involvement in the project and my relationship that has developed with the driver and owner of the car. Needless to say, we are very well deep rooted in time, investment and interest in the car.

I was also out there for 2-3 days at AEM for training, and hung out with the driver/owner of the car. We had good times and we speak regularly about business and personal stuff.

Anyway, back to Jeff's thread. This is his spotlight. I did not think a simple comment about the MAF would shed 2-3 posts about something irrelevant to Jeff's power made.

When I applaud someone else's comment, how does this equate to an insult. I guess you should report my comment to the mods then. I'm sure they will educate you on SL policies regarding personal attacks.

The truth of the matter is that someone called out Travis for talking crap again and you don't like it. I suspect that Travis will promote you to Lieutenant Colonel or some other such rank in the HUGGER ARMY for your blind defense of him.
