Just get a PLX one. Looks the same but cheaper. The sensors are better with leaded fuel as well. AEM sensors die really fast. They also have the pimp DM100 if you want a gauge that is full LED and can change displays to whatever you want. I've been wanting one with a girl who takes off her top as the boost goes up. Just to let you know Car Candy has them available and he is a sponsor on this site.

For the PLX you need the SM-AFR + Bosch Wideband O2 Sensor ($195) and then the DM-5 AFR which is $79.00 for a total of $274.00 - How is that cheaper than the AEM? Does the sponsor have a good discount on all of that? If so I want to know I would like to use this type of gauge since its so thin.

DM100 is obviously more money but it is pimp. Nice thing about it is you can feed 4 sensors to it so if you want to add say EGT or Oil Temp later on you can without having to buy another gauge. It can also data log everything too. Pretty sweet especially for the money. PLX O2 lasts a lot longer than AEM so when you factor in the $150 sensors from AEM yep PLX is definately cheaper. Try asking the vendors about it though. Should be able to get one for about same price as AEM.

AEM has a unilateral pricing which is going to go into effect for ALL AEM sellers (regardless of being AEM direct or not) on Feb 1 2008.

This AEMs attempt to govern the price at which people are selling their goods. Should be interesting!

Hopefully its cheaper Paul let me know when you find out the cost of the wideband, since I need one, or I'll just discuss it with you when I come to get the suspension parts in the beginning of feb (hopefully).

Pricing is not going down, but AEM is putting a choke hold on anyone who sells their products. Pricing will be $336.04 for you taxed and picked up. Always in stock!

Edit: Always $309

I was gonna buy that one too. But they are in Cali and can't do local pickup. Then they charge the 8.25% tax on top of shipping... No thanks. But you can find it for about $220 shipped...

you need to get a bung welded to your spipe and thats it, install is easy from there..

Ground it, give it power, screw it into the bung = done!

not worth paying $120 for simply welding..
