According to Hydra USA, they have ditched the notion of replacing the DBW.

Actually Hydra will be releasing the DBW version later on as an option. It is not necessary unless you are running some obnoxious camshafts. The Hydra can handle larger injectors without any problem. We have 800cc injectors on ours. I'm sure AEM can handle them too

Our PnP AEM is very close to completion, and the one tester of the unit is a professional road racer, while the other is a 500whp Dezod built tC. I am sure it will be fun testing.

This unit that we are working with AEM on developing will allow the stock ECU to still control DBW. The final version, which will be released by AEM in 2008 sometime will be a full DBW replacement as of talks now.

We do what we can.

There's many projects we take on. It's not just the Scion stuff. We've been Honda guys for a long time and basically shut down all the competitors for the D17 turbo systems lol. They went out of business. We were featured in Honda Tuning for that turbo kit.

The AEM unit should really show the potential of some of our turbo options out there.

The first 07 tC model has gone out for some HARDCORE abuse. Let's just say, this car is not street legal:

Anyway, after some feedback on a few things, we will open a pre-order for these units, which will be worth while to scoop one right off the bat because of the offer. Stay tuned for more details late next week or the following on the pre-order.
