AEM FIC not working ??

AEM FIC not working ??
I recently bought a AEM Fi/c and i tried to access it from the computer from the software and it just said no fic is found and i connected everything to the computer with the usb, so is this FIC bad or something ?
latest software is 3.05 if i remember correctly
