My baby finally has turbo!
May '07
Dynoed the car, with some smoking from the turbo, 267-271whp at roughly 10-12 psi on a crappy tune (what the dyno said, dyno dynamics 4 bar map sensor). need to retune the car after i get the turbo fixed.

Had to ship the turbo back today to Sound Performance because of a oil leak on the exhaust side of the turbo. Not really sure what caused it but it's under warranty,

i just cranked it last night, untuned currently., still checking for leaks. I was supposed to go yesterday to get it tuned but ran into problems over the weekend and delayed my install. so no dyno numbers. i have pretty much the same setup you do, but i dropped the tank at the front to sneak the return line in there. I am unsing the Safc-II and the dezod black box (which is set to zero correction at the moment) for tuning.

1) At current tune (provided by Sound Performance), I get a 14.3ish afr on the AEM at idle with 440cc injectors and fuel pressure of 40psi using Safc-II set at (if i remember correctly) -28% at 1000rpm. I plan on upping the fuel pressure to 45psi. Is that acceptable for an idle with turbo?
2) When I rev my engine what should I be looking for through the RPM range for an afr to make sure nothing is having a problem?
I'll post some pics when I get some decent camera shots.

2) Once you are tuned, you probably will see anywhere from 10.5-12.0 on your afr's. Otherwise, I highly suggest not to be boosting until you are tuned. If you need to do a little driving around.
Congrats man! When you rev the engine your AF's will be sparatic, but anything from 13-15 is fine. The AVG will be 14.7 or so though. When there's no load and you're in VAC, you do not need to add any extra fuel than you would stock. As the turbo spools and PSI and CFM rise, that's when your AFR's should increase accordingly.
Well, I'm still not able to run yet. I have a leaky donut gasket which the inner pipe that the donut slides onto is slightly short, but i think i can find a different gasket to fix it from leaking ( im not happy with the way they made their downpipe where it mounts to the s-pipe). I had my battery off overnight in case of fuel leaks and the car took about 10-15 min to start up, rough idle of course then it went to 14.0-14.3. Not yet the prettiest idle; i had to turn it off because of the donut gasket. So far no major leaks. I do fear some clearance issues once it hits the road but we'll see what happens.
Stupid donut gasket. I need a 2.5" ID Type F gasket and I don't know if I can get one with a larger OD than the stock tC one. I have to go find one today. It's always the little stuff that drives me nuts.
