It is not very laggy. It is the ZPI stage 0 turbo, 16G....I believe it enters boost approximately 2500rpms, correct me if I'm wrong.

well in that case if your on a budget go stage1 as it will work great but if you can spare a little more the stage2 will give you a bit of a smoother tune overall...

I understand the importance of using water/meth inj. on supercharged setups (primarily because of the inefficiency and diffculty of putting an intercooler setup on), but is there a benefit on a turbo system to have a water/meth inj. system versus an intercooled system? Since I live in an area where it is hot, I am more concerned about cooling efficiency over power gains. Thanks.

^^^again, dont concern yourself with a cooling system when you just going to give "some special guy" your kit.

turbos typically pick up and benefit even more from meth injeciton, you can increase boost more than on supercharger typically, you lower IAT tremendously, can increase timing and lean afrs out...the turbo buick guys were some of the first to start using meth injection on a larger scale...

With a turbo setup, after installing the snow performance stage 2 boost cooler, where will the water/meth solution inject? Is it safe to have the injection point after the MAF but before the turbo? Is the water/meth solution going to decrease the life of the turbo? Thanks!

Im running a zpi stage 0 and am interested in this as well, I plan on going with the Snow stage 1. Would the water/meth inject between the turbo and the throttle body? And if so, should it go closer to the turbo or closer to the throttle body? Thanks

sounds like some pretty interesting stuff i know a couple of the boosted guys running around here are running the water methanol injection. I am getting ready to order the stage 0 from zpi and i was wondering if i went with the stage 2 and then installed an intercooler down the road would it still be worth it ?

Ok, so this does not go into the intake piping then? It goes into the charge piping 6-10 inches prior to the throttle body? Just want to clarify, thanks!

meth injection will benefit you at any stage in your car...

I understand there are some "doubters" about using a water/meth system on a stage 0 kit, or basically any kit that does not put out an extreme amount of horsepower. I understand the power gains based upon the meth part of the mix, and I also understand the cooling aspect of the system based upon the water part of the mix.

I am more interested in cooling (even though the power gains are welcomed) aspect of the water/meth system. Are there are numbers related to "cooling" or temperature drops as a result of using the water/meth system? Thanks!
