Default Alllow me to introduce Dezod Xtreme....

Our S1 has been our Flag Ship turbo system for several years and with time it too has evolved into an awesome product with several hundred satisfied customers all around the country from 2006 until current.

Several of the components have evolved over time including the intercooler, BOV used, injectors and sizes, downpipe configurations, engine management options, inclusion of several components and also the turbo manifold.

The S1 turbo system has evolved into a spectacular feat that produces consistent power and has been the subject of marvel and has been approved by our peers within the industry. This is a key indicator that we are doing something right.

Taking the best and trying to make it better was not easy. We knew we could always make things a tiny bit better, but in my opinion, we hit the nail on the head here. We have decided to re-engineer our S1 log manifold for more strength, less welds and more CNC machine work to produce a high quality, more consistent piece that will yield an overall better product.

I present the Dezod Xtreme Turbo Manifold for the S1. Below are some of the CAD renderings of the individual parts and what it will turn out like. Once our machine shop finishes these 304 SS parts, then we will begin the production of this piece.

Estimated stock availability for this item is the first week in March to be ready for sale solo and as the new fixture piece in our S1 turbo system.

whats the difference between this type of manifold and a tubular manifold? i know the tubular is a v band connection. But is there less air restriction and more power?

in all serious though, any chance the new alpha kits will be made in the same manner, or is it too much for the cad to handle?

That looks pretty nice actually. A stronger log mani would be nice to those people who like to have higher TQ numbers then HP or close together. or just don't feel a need to shell out $$ for sexy EL mani. Anyway if it really will be mjuch stronger it's going to be great.

anything can crack eventually. spring bolts alow for flexing to happen at that location and remove stress on the manifold from twisting and turning.

We need to do a little more volume with the tubular to justify the additional costs associated with it.

Correct Syldrin 100%. Doesn't matter what it is.....It will crack without some form of flex in the system (regardless if it's spring loaded bolts or a flex)
