i have the exact same turbo except i have a .48 backhousing for faster spool. master power are real good turbo they have garrett parts but not made by garrett. how much did you pay for your turbo?

Found out the problem.. Levelten now tells me i need a standalone or a management to control the shift points.... THANKS FOR TELLING ME BEFORE I DAMAGED THE TRANNY!

 

^^damn... if they forgot to tell you that.. i guarentee that you can have them fix it free.. unless you signed something somewhere saying that you needed to control shoft point you can fight that easily. even if they told you, SHOW ME IN WRITTING.

buy the greddy ultimate and see what we can do.. if the tranny is damaged at all im gonna make them refresh it cause its their fault they didnt say anything about that at all.

 

built tranny and built motor must be nice, how much has your tC run you so far?

Much nicer stuff and won't break like Level Ten's stuff. I had two Level transmissions break on me. Both times something stupid and simple but still required me to yank it out and tear it all down. Sucks!!!

 

Nunber one .48 is tiny for that motor. I can't imagine what your EGT's are. Number two Master Power is aas cheap as you can get. The wheels are NOT true garrett wheels by any means of the imagination. I have seen half a dozen of these turbos come apart on customers with disastrous results. Stay far away.
