Default APEXi Turbo Timer Modification

I recently installed the Apexi turbo timer and I have a couple complaints, and questions for those that are electrically gifted out there.

1. Due to lack of tC instructions I didn't use the O2 signal for automatic countdown. Were you able to wire in the timer to an O2 signal for auto timer operation? Stock sensor, or a wideband? Where do you connect that signal wire?

2. Do you have any thoughts on how to modify the 'basic' timer install to re-enable the auto shutoff of the headlights (i.e. send the 'door trigger' to the timed shutoff signal)?

3. Do you have any thoughs on how to modify the remote door locks to enable locking the car via remote while the timer is running? - I don't even know where to begin with this since lock with engine running wasn't a factory option, and I don't know how that signal is fed.

I just want to rid my mind of the looming thoughts:

"Did I shut off the lights?"
"Did I manually lock the door?"
"Did I leave my key in the car then lock it manually?"

Any help is certainly appreciated, and I realize that due to my lack of understanding some of the ideas I mentioned are certainly 'easier said than done'.

I actually have/had all of the same questions and have found no solutions. I even found a couple posts on here with similar issues using the same and other turbo timers and from what I gather I just have to live with it. Not the answer you were looking for but hopefully someone will post something new to refute that.

Thanks for the help!

I didn't come across any similar topics in my search (not that I tried too hard). At least that might indicate every timer on the market has similar integration issues.

I imagine a solution exists, but hopefully someone on SL has a good understanding of the tC from a "system controls" standpoint.
