Well after about a year and a half later I finally got my car where I want it!!
I started out with the auto not wanting to do anything but then I found this site and started putting parts on my car and I couldnt stop!!
I just got the car retunned and I think I am going to stay with this.
Its and 06 auto with a ZPI stage 1 kit. Started as a stage 0 but then I added 550cc injectors, intercooler, Hallman boost controller, and a AEM f/ic.
The tranny has a B&M trans cooler and a IPT valve body upgrade.

So anyways I got the car from the tunners and its a blast to drive!!! Never knew it could feel that way! I need to get some vids up ASAP!! I will try soon cany do it right now its raining so I cant even keep the tires hooked up!! LOL so a vid is no good right now,

I may turn the car down 1 or 2 psi I think its a little to much HP for the trans
anyone have any opinions on that??

Hey guys sorry it took me so long to get these vid clips but I got them!!!

I got 4 clips this is my frist time doing this so hopefully they are all ok. Hopefully in the future I can get some better clips!!!

The first one Is a drive by shoot from a intersection




This second one is a shoot from inside the car.
That is from me starting out from a stop I pulled up at about 110mph




The third one is a shot inside the car at a 60mph roll I think i pulled up at about 100mph




The fourth one is a crappy burn out that I did I was in a rush there was a car coming up the road so I was in a hurry but o well just a little fun clip I guess.



Well there you have it like I said hopefully I can get some better clips in the future.

Nice man! I wouldn't shoot too high without clutch packs and torque converter upgrade but 1-2 I think you will be fine. What type of fluid are you running?

and if you havent built your engine I would only run 10psi. But yea i was looking at it when i was at verocious 2 days ago. Ill be catching up to you shortly.

The engine can handle over 10 PSI, it's the Auto tranny you have to worry about.

haha nice # man happy that now there's a lil more autoturbos n don't worry to much on the tranny I've had my dezod kit for almost 2 years now n it's still running great I also have re bm trans cooler n I'm putting down 268hp/286tq my first tune was at 236hp/305tq but car was going crazy so had to get it retuned!.!.! Keep it up man!.!.!.!

 

sweet numbers...13psi is a bit extreme tho.. im not too fond of verocious motorsports tuning tCs... but if your good with it thats all that matters

my car is stock now...sold the turbo kit to a tC in DE thats identical to mine haha...im trading in the tC for a hyundai genesis coupe

 

The trans so far is ok I have hit the rev limiter once so the trans can slip a certain times.

I am running royal purple max ATF in the car

13psi my sound like alot but its a small turbo so 13psi with this turbo could be like 9psi with the dezod style turbo. Its all about cfm's not psi's.

Ya I was unsure about verocious but so far so good so we will see how it will turn out.

 

Oh you suck! I was looking into one of those also. They seem rather nice. Not enough data on what the engine can handle yet though.

No way I would trade the tC in for it though. I would just have to park it next to the tC...

 

lol it will handle 400whp on stock internals on the 4b11 it has in the 2.0t...i wish i had the money to keep the tC haha...

 

13 PSI on this turbo pumps out roughly the same HP as a Dezod S1 turbo does. 16G is small in diameter sure, but it still puts down power levels on par with everyone else.

 

Still need more data on it though. They say it's close to the Evo X's motor specs, but not 100% exact from my understanding.

 

yeh i was gonna post that but you beat me to it lol the 16g is pretty serious...you should look in to upgrading to a holset hx35...i was gonna do that b4 i decided to trade...the hx 35 will spool like the 16g and flow like a 30R

 

lol trust me the motor is strong...and the aftermarket support is already amazing haha look at genesisforums.org..lots of great info
