Ok so being gone for a while and now im back. I have a little question.

I have a ZPI Stage 1 turbo set up and i have a nice exhaust leak on the left side of the manifold and i was wondering if anyone makes a replacement for the kit.

you have cracked manifold or the leak is on the gasket? if its on the gaske, just replace the gasket with a good one...

you prolly already know this but you can check it with a straight edge like a ruler for instance. take a rulers edge and place it on the mounting flange, use a feeler gauge to check for gaps. most the time you can just see the gaps and know that your screwed.

if it is warped you may find a machine shop that can resurface it or you can check with Todd (turbo toyotas) and see if he will make you a replacement. I dont think however that he is taking orders as of yet but it never hurts to ask.

Also, I have taken Notes from Chris Rado and PTuning's time attack tC's. Both of them were running Red Silicone on the back side (between gasket and exhaust ports), and on the front side (between gasket and manifold).

^^Yes, both teams were running the Red RTV stuff on both sides of the gasket.
