Default Best Exhaust for SC?

I searched didnt find much topics talking about best exhuast combo for Supercharged TC's.
Need something with good gain but needs to sound nice and not loud.

I dont mind a full exhuast system (replacing midpipe and s-pipe) but I dont want it to be louder then a stock trd system.

It does have to be cat back though

Any reccomendations?

More power = louder

If you don't want loud, then you aren't going to have a good free-flowing exhaust and power is going to be lost.

Also saw this, looks pretty nice, was thinking of going magnaflow as well, any thoughts?

Loud I dont mind decnetly loud but as long as it sounds or as good as trd. I like the way it growls and I dont want anything thats anooyingly loud.

Ok, pretty much any catback will be fine. As far as headers and what not go, you WILL void your warranty using different headers. And if you went the supercharger route because you wanted to keep warranty, then it's kinda contradictory. Do you already have the SC?

I dont want a header. Just exhuast, as for the Supercharger no I have not bought it yet. I did just get my Bosch 110 BPV in so I am going to be supercharging within the next week or so.

Ah ok. I went with a TRD exhaust. I like the rumble it provides, and I like keeping it TRD. Keeps the resale/book value of the car much higher

If you order your SC and TRD exhaust from McGeorge, they'll cut you a good deal on shipping

i already have the trd exhuast on my car. I wanted to change out to something different that actually adds more HP and similar sound to TRD.

For similar sound, you'll need to find an exhaust with a resonator.

I went with the Injen exhaust.... it sounds awesome! I have gotten thumbs up signs and nods of approvals from Cobalt, EVO, Porche, and even an 67 AC Cobra owner. So I think you cannot go wrong with the Injen!

I have teh Megan headers and the Magna flow exhaust with the an s-pipe and have little to no rasp, more of a gurgling below 4,500 and above just normal exhaust sound, you can pick it up for around 450

.

since you already have the trd I think that is your best option. get a custom made midpipe with either one large 30inch resinator or 2 smaller ones and buy the spipe from someone online. that should be a nice combo for you.
