Default Blast From The Past

I am returning my car to stock so I can sell it and buy a new kit. So, are there any suggestions? I don't really want to get a new oil pan, but if I need to, I will just try and go to a car junkyard and see if I can find a wrecked tC there. I am so scared that once I do return it back to stock, it wont run or run horrible. It's just temporary though.

yeah, why would you go back to stock to put a new kit on?
Why not just get the parts for the new kit and swap it? You wold not have to bother with the oil pan tapping and all that junk...or do you need to sell the dezod kit in order to afford the new kit?

it's to bad you dont' have a second car or a bike or something you can use in the mean time, so you can just strip the dezod off, sell it, and install the new kit without havnig to actually go back to stock...

In the first post, you asked if there were any suggestions...what were you asking for input on?
How to go back to stock?

Do what I did in between kits and just plug your oil drian hole on your pan. the pan was a PITA for me to remove, so I didn't want to swap it back.

If I were you I would just buy the new kit already, is it TT? so they can start building it and sell the kit at the same time, if it gets sold take it right away and steal your brothers car lol, or be carless and use a bike, sacrifices does pay along the way

Hey man, I have decided to just get the manifold, GT3076R, 3" downpipe, 3" s-pipe, and 3" intake pipe with AEM Dry Air Filter. However, I am not sure how the intercooler piping will bolt up with the set up.

Jeff used Todd's manifold and downpipe with our intercooler piping. Check out April's Modified Mag for pics of it all together.

If you do end having to go stock for awhile dont worry. I have the tubronetics kit on my first tC for about 20,000 miles....took it off and sold the car and its still running fine and that was a year ago. Car has 60,000 miles on it now.

I doubt that manifold has THAT much different location from the version Jeff was running. Todd would be able to answer that definitively.
