Default Block Balance?? Engine Build 2azfe

When installing Weisco pistons, K-1 Rods,ACL bearings, and Balance Shaft Delete....you DO have to get the block balanced correct?? Can you "adjust" the oil clearance when installing new bearings? Also any insight on oil clearance and adjustment for ACL bearings would be greatly appreciated.

Not the block. The rotating assembly. And balance shafts dont have anything to do with it. If your gonna get it balanced, take the crank, rods, pistons, pins, locks, rings, rod bearings, flywheel with bolts, clutch pressure plate with bolts, crank timing gear, and pulley or damper with bolt.
