Default Boost Creep? Help

ok so i was racing an SRT4 on the freeway yesterday and i was winning of course. But i looked at my boost guage and my boost jumped up to 15psi so i got off the gas, it scared me. I have a Tial 38mm with 10psi spring. no boost controller, just running off the spring. Ive been boosted for 6 months and havent ever had this problem. anyone have any ideas why this would happen. Thanks

Oh Sh** man finally a neighborhood boosted tc! lol hit me up if you wanna go for a run. And as far as your boost problem i dunno, I'd be a little sketch on the wastegate. Is your car driving fine?

If you used to tune car's you should know where to look and what to look for on the boost creep correct?

The weather is getting hotter, and im going to replace the vaccum line to see if that helps. but the wastegate is a Tial so i dont think it would be that.
