im actually going to be running FIC not standalone.. after talking with a few peeps the FIC will get me to my goal and there isnt really proficient tuners in hawaii so it made the choice easier to go FIC!

im running a garrett GT3071R turbine now with a 3'' cutout. and love it! havent hit boost yet even. haha no tune. but soon.

pics are here:

well chinn it depends how much fluctuation.....it could be a wide veriaty of things
i went threw 3 gauges till i found one that didnt fluctuate, it also lies in the line of the gauge and where you tap it, i tapped the manifold and it fluctuated like crazy and this was when i was n/a i have no blow by and well also when i got boosted i change out the original tee that had a lil reducer built in and then it jiggled a bit after that...im sure fluctuation is normal, blow by isnt

You check your intercooler pipes for oil? Oil burning off in the engine is another possible cause. You don't need to worry about not being able to drive the car because of blow by, so don't feel like you need to RUSH and get pistons and whatever else because your motor is going to blow. That's not the case.

Right, also to add, if you are using the original feed line in the ZPI kit, it should be a -4 AN line. I downsized mine to a -3 AN line, and this worked better to fight against pumping to much oil into the turbo. I don't think it's the turbo themselves as some tend to believe the quality of them were worthless. No, turbos are just fine. But I do think the feed line is a little large given the fact that there is absolutely NO oil restrictor for the DSM turbos. I searched HIGH and LOW for a restrictor. I ended up having to go with an adapter from ATP that reduced the blue -4 AN fitting down to a -3 AN fitting to go to a -3 feed line. Let me know if you can't find the parts, I will see if I can get the link for you (if you decide to go this route).
