Default Boost Tuning help

Finally im boosted... sorta, my last step... im going in for my dyno/tune this saturday (at Boston Dyno for all my MA peeps)

well ive read tons of guides including dezod's post on boost faqs
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/scion-tc-1g-forced-induction-1645/official-turbo-faq-electrical-guide-63570/
this awesome guide to tuning
http://www.gadgetonline.com/U-Tune.pdf
and some other guides
http://www.dragstuff.com/techarticle...ark-plugs.html

this is my thread (all my engine mods are listed here)
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=182826

I've told my tuner i wanted 2 maps, a safe conservative tune of about 5-7psi (daily) and also a more mild tune of 9psi for maybe a drag/dyno day.
im not looking to break any land speed records or monster hp, just a fun tC

what should my parameters (afr, timing, etc) be at? as a guide to keep in check with what my tuner does...also im curious to see what everyones AFR's, timing, STFT, LTFT, etc... this is not meant to be a thread for complete n00bs i do have experience with cars...

please inlcude
my stuff in ()
Turbo Kit: (zpi Upgraded)
PSI: (5-7psi)
AFR: (11.5??)
Timing: (??)
STFT: (??)
LTFT: (??)
other relevant info: (1step colder plugs, greddy MAP sensor)

or any other helpfull information on tuning at all...

ive been on this site for a few years now, its been a long time coming, and ive learned a heck lot about car and especially my tC keep up the good work. also ill video the session and post it up soon....wish me luck

tuning is gonna be different on each car. afr on boost that is very safe is 11.3-11.5 93/91 gas. Ignition is gonna be tricky different, it should be dialed on the dyno to check where the MBT, and if safety is priority retard 1-2 degrees from the timing that is on MBT. LTFT/STFT should be around -3 to -5 imo, you always want close loop to be pulling fuel rather than adding fuel on the base map

Remember tuning will be different, like some cars requires more timing be pulled due to knock or the car has passed the MBT.. some cars can go up more aggressive but safely than others.

stock fuel pressure is 3 bar/ around 43.5 psi

whats the voltage to be used when running the injecotr response time? fuel injector clinics sent me this

Base Fuel Pressure in psi/bar
39psi 45psi 50.0psi 55.0psi 60.0psi
2.7 Bar 3.1 Bar 3.5 Bar 3.8 Bar 4.1 Bar
8 Volt 2.20 2.60 2.65 2.65 2.55
10 Volt 1.50 1.70 1.75 1.75 1.70
12 Volt 1.20 1.25 1.25 1.25 1.20
14 Volt 1.00 0.95 0.95 0.95 0.92
16 Volt 0.65 0.70 0.75 0.75 0.75
Voltage offset values are in milliseconds. (1ms=1000μs)
=Typical operating voltage zone of a running engine.

table is kinda offset but i think you can get the jist of it.

which injectors are these? these seems to be from a huge fuel injector at maybe at least a 900cc high impendance?

oh ok.. they look close to the 900cc ptuning injectors specs they gave me.. FIC injectors seems to have more lag times than other injectors? I think I should have them make me a large low impendance one someday..

oh btw they just came up with 2150cc injector for the tc
