I went through initial mods I/H/E then went for the turbo then blew up something got motor work done turbo back in and now im like what else is there to do i havent tackled suspension yet maybe that is whats missing im thinking either this spring doing total supsension work or going to a g35 whats the scion experts thinkin

 

what motor work u got done and what are the turbo specs ur using.. supply us with more info.

 

either way id take a boosted g35 coupe over my built tc all day...

You've already put so much time, effort and money into the tC, might as well go ahead with the suspension too, then decide if you still want a G35.

OP. Do the suspension. the car is much more fun to drive with little to no body roll and when the tC gets lowered it looks a million times better instantly.

 

Yo think this over, turbo tc blown motor to new built motor plus moving to G35 equals about 60 -70 grand wasted. If you do that should of went with a luxury car that fast already.

 

are people on here really gonna say theyd take a boosted TC over a boosted g35 coupe? thats ridiculous.

 

A boosted G35 and a Boosted tC are nowhere NEAR the same price...

If I put that much money into my tC, I'd have Rado's Black Betty, and I'd be killing pretty much everything lol.

 

The op never mentioned a boosted g35...he just said g35...either way I say if u can get g35 boosted or not for a good deal go for it... Otherwise throw some coilovers on the Tc and you'll love it more IMO

 

A stock G35 is slow and uninteresting,there are more of them on the road than civics these days lol...

Never been pulled over once for boost in LA. And I have limo tint AND my tails are as dark as my BSP tC!

 

and i hope u never will! im not boosted and i got pulled over for a dark license plate! lol!

 

I've gotten pulled over for tinted windows in Fullerton and whatnot, but they never check for boost. Not showing off the intercooler and having Defi BF Imperial gauges in the ATI Pod probably helps that out lol.

I know it would be way more fun for me to do coilovers but before i went and started to prepare my setup i just wanted to know what you guys thought i would be going into a stock g35 or slightly modified until its paid off then i would go to aps and let my boys at sound performance handle it. But the consensus maybe to keep the tc so i think i will.
