I haven't even talked to his insurance about pain and suffering yet. They are paying for me to get a chiropractor and a massage for 6 weeks. After I feel better I will, because once you sign that check and cash it you have ended their responsibility to pay for any other medical expenses. The guy has good insurance and plenty of money, but I am just going to get enough for a new truck and call it a day. My gf is hurt waaaay worse and is gonna be in a suit with him and the hospital for a while.

The guy is an assault rifle salesman so he uses the tig to weld on his rifles. He does alot of weapon restorations and stuff. So it has to be pretty damn good if he is using it on such tight tolerances.

I dunno when I am gonna get paid but I got 3x the work I thought I was gonna get so I will get alot of goodies. Also they were talking about paying me pain and suffering on the phone earlier. I didn't even have to fight with them about it.

Nope I don't like to do all that stuff. Plus they would miss out on all the good stuff; like getting the car with close to no body panels, putting on the suspension, painting the car, painting the car again, painting the car again, the different rims, interior fail over and over and over, turbo, un-turbo, turbo, plus massive amounts of fail.

If you wanna take pics feel free I just never really do the whole camera thing.

medical coverage is different dude. if you have a life long medical condition for the rest of your life as a result of this accident, they can't just pay for 6 weeks and say that is all they'll pay. they have to keep paying until your condition is cured, fixed or you refuse treatment, or maybe exceed the coverage on that guys policy.
