Default Boostit06's Build thread... UPDATE 12/15/11 More Power!! Page 3

I have been on here for a while, I usually don't post too much, just like coming on here and gathering good info and seeing what other people are doing with their cars. I have had 3 turbo kits on my car. 2 of them on stock block, finally settling on my 3rd and final kit, The Descendant kit on my built motor. Specs are as follows

Slowboy Racing non-sleeved Short block
K1 rods
Cp pistons
Acl bearings

Port and polished head By DE-V speed in De
Supertech Valves
BC Valve spring and Retainers
Stock Cams
Dezod Fuel Return System with 700cc D-works Injectors
Stage 4 Competition Clutch with Fidanza flywheel
Os Giken Locker

Descendant Turbo kit and Descendant 3" exhaust

Final assembly of the car was done by David Sher of DE-Vspeed in Wilmington,De.

Finally...the numbers. I am tuned on an FIC by Eric P of the World Motorsports East shop here in Reading,Pa. The car made 371 hp/342 ft lbs on 17 psi on a dynojet. The car pulls hard and feels solid, I couldnt be happier. Onto pics....

Lol nice man at that power level it should be fun on the street. I love my car on 350whp it's alot more enjoyable and plenty fast. I took a m5 and a cts-v with my car at 15 psi in a straght line 60-140 and I shut down

looks nice so far andrew... a word of advice... PRAY PRAY PRAY your comp clutch stage 4 doesnt blow.... those things are the biggest POS clutches ever... ive gone through 3 of them NON BOOSTED....

so keep an eye on it at all times... if you ever start having problems LMK because i know ALL the diagnosed issues of that clutch when it goes bad

Dont worry Pete Im praying, lol. I was very wary about putting that clutch in the car because I have heard of the issues. Dave assured me that he has run nothing but Comp clutches in his car and he wouldnt put it in if it hasnt worked for him. I have put about 4500 miles on it so far and its been good.
