BOV on a supercharger?
Supposedly this is a Turbo XS bov on an S/C... is this someone on here? He has a few videos driving it and it doesnt sound like the BOV has any sideaffects... sounds pretty cool.

Its a horrible idea running a bov with the s/c. You are releasing air instead of dumping it back. The best option is to get the 007 bpv - its the best for the s/c setup. Plese search, there were many topics on this throughout the years.

There were people who were causing their cars to sputter and it was strictly due to the loss of air. The s/c was designed for a bpv and I couldn't tell someone to do anything but that. Some guys like the sound - but I wouldn't give the sensor wrong readings for a long period of time - but thats just me.

Anybody else care to comment? I remember a bunch of posts from about 2yrs ago but Im having issues finding them. I ran a few bpv's with my s/c (when I had it) and the 007 was perfect.

i have one .you just have to make sure you adjust it, and cap off one end .coz the bpv has 3 inserts 1 for you vac line 1 for your intake 1 for your dump .outher than that make sure you weld on the steel cap and layth the end to fit .also make sure you lip the end or your hose or it wont clamp and hold

lol hey thats my vid. lol there is no bad side affects on running a bov, most people think u cant run a bov because most people think its a root style s/c. but our s/c is a centrifugal. which means it runs with a turbo like blower. the ecu is running like that air is suppose to be put back between shift which is way it runs rich but that only for a couple seconds if that. i did post a diy on how to do it.
