The only thing I can say about the oil pan is that it shouldn't be a problem so long as you installed the fitting high enough. The reason being is that the TRD supercharger comes with a pan from Toyota that has a built in return. I am not sure on what is going on with this setup but I would definitely try the pcv block. If you are getting excessive crank case pressure it can push oil up into the turbo where it can back out the seals.

Let us know how you make out.

PS a restrictor should not be used on a journal bearing turbo.

before he installed it, he used to get smoke the car when hitting vtec would push to much oil and smoke!

Dave,

Sorry to hear about all your issues. If you need a hand with anything, dont hesitate to call me.

Just for the hell of it throw on a catch can, and see if the problem is still there. Or are you 100% positive that's not the issue and it is the turbo itself.

None of this makes any sense.

Turbo labryinth seals can hold 100psi or oil pressure.

Did you clean out your intercooler? It's possible that there is alot of oil residing in there and as you boost it's just blowing it through. I used to see that on VW 1.8T all the time after a boost leak test because the pressure would force the oil through the system. The K03 turbos suck and would always leak because they were soo small and those cars suffer from boost leaks bad, thus moving the turbo way out of it's efficiency. If you had a turbo failure before where it was leaking oil then it's possible that the intercooler could have a decent amount of oil in it. Also if you have any boost leaks you could be spinning the turbo too fast which will induce oil leakage from the compressor side. This is not a turbo problem then, it's an install problem.

Does anyone here know how to boost leak test a car? Let me know.

If you are not sure I will write up a DIY.
