im with Ace83 on this one. you would better off upgrading to a garrett 30-35r to make 450hp. i would also, for the power your try to make and the fact that you have knife edge your crank, do away with the NST crank pully and put the OE back on or buy a ATI damper. GOOD LUCK!

Deff not with the 18g, a 20g will be maxed out around 400 mark and you will be past the prime turbo efficiency. best to get rid on the internal gate, they cant hold boost for crap.

So bigger injectors.. 1000cc? bigger turbo... gt35? means i need external wastegate and new IC piping. And swap out the Crank pulley for stock or ATI? Anything else?

why do u need all new IC piping? also put stock pulley on. with 750cc and a return system you should be able to make like 420, get some 900's off ptuning, if you wanna get a turbo that wont rob your bank account pickup a garret 60-1, actually someones selling one for like 500 in classifieds

900cc is fine if using gasoline.. gt35 is pricey but there are other less expensive alternatives.. no need for new pipes, a bigger IC maybe. ATI damper is a good investment for built motors, it does a better job on handling harmonic vibrations which are bad especially on race motors

dont think the 750s could make it? was thinking about changing the piping cause of the diameter that it has now... figured a bigger turbo would have a bigger outlet. so a 60-1 would make the power?

what if the goal was 400hp? any difference with the 20g? or would i still need the 60-1?

just trying to see my options. ive spent some cash so far, but trying to reuse whatever i can to avoid spending much more.

Thanks for the input guys

You dont need to upgrade a lot of your stuff...you focus on upgrading the turbo, an easier route would be 25g that will get you more room to around 500.. it should bolt right to your manifold. Your injectors might get work at high fuel pressure and high duty cycles, you can try it first if you would ran out of fuel.

thanks for the info guys... the 25g sounds like a viable option. now ive just got to find one... lol only thing that im noticing is that i would still need an external wastegate... maybe new mani for it?

Sounds FAR too much like ricer math, there are so many variables. Mod the car then ask what people think you can get.
