Hey there I have been Gathering parts for my scion build for about a year now and I am getting close to the point were I have all the parts that I need to fully tear it down and refinish it from the ground up. my plans include taking the scion down to the frame so that I can go through the whole car and completely repaint and refinish it with fresh paint and undercoat. My car has not had the easiest life and since it is the first car that I purchased and payed off and being young while still attending school it has grown on me and I just want to give back to the car that has taught me so much, so this is why im dumping all my cash into it at the current momment, that and it keeps me occupied in the little town of Laramie. My question is whether anyone has ever used a car Rotisserie on a Unibody vehicle and I am not talking bout the old mustangs of back in the day but modern sport compact bodies ? I am planning on caging the scion and I might stitch weld the whole body while im at it but not too sure of it, I have seen a few hondas on Rotisseries but I am not sure on how safe it is on the frame. If it involves tweaking the frame than I will just go about it the hard way and do everything on my back. Any imput will be greatly appreciated.
