There's some insane stuff going on in that garage of yours.

Isn't it funny? The expensive part of building a car isn't the car parts, its bribing the GF/Wife that get's expensive lol.

Hahahaa...true that. Kids changed her when it came to that. Because she was in the car scene right along with me. And use to race with me as well.

Funny thing though, we were watching the movie 2 Guns last night. And in it Mark Whalberg is driving an old school flat black Challenger. And it rumbled pretty good. He words were..."now that I wouldn't mind you putting money into. It just sounds so dirty".

Shows you why she's my woman. That car girl is still in there

Honestly I don't remember. Not enough though that's for sure. I need a bit extra so I can setup so Crossfit gear and have a small home gym space for some workouts. But it's my first home so, God is good. Next house we get into I hope to be around the $200k range.

Hhaaa...That's why people out West move to TN. My house is a good starter house. It was on the market for $131,900. 3bd, 2bath and 2car garage. We put in an offer at full price, but asked for closing cost which was right around $6k so at the end of the day, the house cost $125,900. We pay $100 more a month in Mortgage than we did for our 2 bedroom apartment with a detached 1 car garage down in the parking lot. And it sits on a decent sized lot (backyard big enough that I need a fence). It was listed in the HUD homes listing but was redone so everything is brand new (carpets, cabinets, painted inside..etc).

So, for $200k you can get a whole lot of house here. My goal would be to have a 3 car garage next time, or an acre or more lot that I could have a separate workshop/garage shed built on.

About 2 months ago when we first started moving in....Bench and shelves were already additions before we moved in. I think they were expecting me, as they even had a place for me to put tires...lol

The Cyl head is outfitted with BC internals, including Cams. Need 7800rpms to get where I'm going, so definitely a full long block build is in the works.
