im planning on a turbo kit install soon but i heard there are problems with the engine stalling after you let off the gas and CELs can the tunners fix these problems or do i need a standalone? thanks!

Regardless of how it is tuned you will get a CEL. The stalling issue is either a tuner issue, bad sensor, or the way the BOV is circulated.

as long as you get the closed loop tuned correctly and have an anti-fouler on the O2 sensor you should not get a CEL. I've been boosted for 28K miles with no CEL. BTW my BOV is re-circulated. I think that the stalling after you let off the gas is dependent on the situation, but 95 times out of 100 it won't stall with a good tune and practice...

CELs are avoidable for sure. Especially with a catted downpipe like ours and some good tuning.

The 08 we just did locally has never stalled at all since we tuned it. He beats the crap out of the car and it's just 6 PSI

His entire kit and clutch ran around $4300 + tax (because he was in NYS). If you are not in NYS, it will run you $4300 delivered.
