Default Check engine light, rough idle after TRD supercharger install

So I got my tC back today after having the TRD supercharger installed. When I was leaving the dealer I noticed the idle was very rough. It was kinda bouncing up and down between 500-1200 rpms, almost feeling like it was going to stall sometimes but didnt. So I get it home and let it idle for a bit just thinking that maybe the computer needed to "learn" the supercharger. After a couple minutes of rough idling the check engine light came on. The only other mod I have is a Concept G axle back. Is there anyway the exhaust is affecting the supercharger? Im gonna be taking it back to the dealer but just wanted to get some ideas what might be wrong or what are some common things to look for. Help please.

Go to autozone and have them check the code. My car was throwing a P0420 which ment the cat died basically. Its not really detremental to the car aside from you will get crap for fuel economy.

did they flash your ecu? check vacuum lines for leaks. If it was anything like my dealership they didn't tighten down a damn thing.

Just got back from the dealer and it turned out be a vacuum line that blew off next to the throttle body. Phew.. Thanks.

^ and for anybody else having this problem and its not a vac line ..... take the positive wire off your battery for 10min ... then put it back on and let the car idle for 10min ....then drive normal for 20min ..... and you will have a freshly reset ecu (which is a good place to start when you having issues like this).

I thought you're supposed to take the neg off to minimize sparking and
possible electrocution.

Well here is the way to jump a car ....and for that ...its by putting the positives on last like you are saying ... so is it the same to reset the ecu?
