Dude - I'm willing to bet you're not making 400whp right now taking to consideration all the issues you're experiencing.

The CC4 admittedly will probably hold up to 370wtq but it's not the clutch wearing out that's your problem.

okay then - you're making gobs of power and your only issue is just that - too much power.....

Go change your clutch to a Stage 5 and have the same place install it - see if you have the same issues. That's all I got.

who ever told you that is stupid str8 up... the clutch fork design is designed in a U manner which would mean your clutch cyclinder would be pushing down on it so hard that it would literally crack your clutch which im sorry thats not the case.

i have a great solution for to check if there is any issue... make a clutch pedal adjustment... adjust the cluch engagement point so that its at the highest point of the relase (meaning when the pedal is almost fully up) ... this will give your clutch throw enough length for an absolute disengagement allowing your clutch to full disengage so it should be able to go in and out of gear.. try that and let me know how it goes.

exactly what i said above mike... im willing to bet they never thought of doing any pedal adjustment to compensate for the more compact design of the cc4 and just let him drive the car off as is...a novice driver on the cc4 with no pedal adjustment is a no no and i know chad is learning on this clutch lol...

chad ask if they have made adjustments to the engagement point before dropping tranny and going all crazy with the disassembly.

its normal to do adjustments on our cars on an aftermarket clutch.. especially the cc4.

which means it was probably riding the throw out bearing, which means it had pressure on the pressure plate which means it was spinning ur disk which means ur clutch is ____ed

LOL

Dunno man - it sounds like an install issue - but I won't go there.
