Peep the cruising video in my thread. Ultimately, you want it like this.

this is wat i would do, IF I HAD A FIC! lol right now on stock ecu, just tryna get some numbers (AFR's) on this size turbo, since alot of people have been asking bout running 5-6psi untunned i wanna show that afr are good and no knock, but im running an intercooler so that might be helping me not knock

yes you are right sketchy, but worth it it would def help the community to know that some things can be done, if i were to blow something than i blow something...it can be repaired, but thats the only way u can do R&D

my cruising afrs varies.. 14.4-15.1 depending on vacuum pressure. Im not a fan of all lean burn or all 14.7 on vacuum, as manifold pressure rises my afr gets richer, im 13-14 afr at 50-300mmHg. i like the way how the car responds and sounds with a rich tune.. towards at 0 mmhg im at around 13.0, 1-3 psi 13-12.6

Getting any CELs yet? I never could get rid of my P0101 with the turbo kit installed, although it ran fine with it. You may need bigger injectors because the ECU ignores the WB O2 and won't compensate for extra air in open loop. At least no more than the MAF signal and pre-programmed OL fuel table allow. I've had good success running 440cc w/o EM.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about what I learned during my un-tuned boostage experiment.

Oh yeah, your closed loop AFRs are normal. Even with 440cc injectors my CL AFRs run between 14.5 and 15.5:1.

P0101 usually puts u into a rich running mode kinda like limp mode, maybe this is why your guys have been able to have these rich afrs and not ish liek mine

The P0101 never changed my AFRs. I cleared it numerous times and it didn't come back immediately so I ran both with and without it.

Are you running stock injectors? If so, consider what your AFR's would be in open loop (WOT) if you added 20% more fuel with 20% larger injectors (440 vs 370).

afrs i posted were on 93 pump gas.. im still tuning my e83 fuel map, 32x32 resolution map takes time to complete lol.. i was thinking of doing lean burn with eth, you make good advantage of lean burn with a 105 octane coz it makes good power and helps economy too.. i think im gonna target 11.8-12 wot afrs on e83, i think it burns cooler coz its more volatile than gasoline

Good luck dude. If you can get 90% IDC at less then 5v MAF, you'll be good for <=225BHP. With 440s you could do <=275bhp.
