Default Cryo/REM Treatment

Sooo... How many folks here have actually had their gears/input/ouput shafts in the trans cryo/REM treated? Also how much power have they held up to? Is it a worthwhile option? Im trying to find a way to get the trans to take more power without blowing gears into shards Also this is specifically regarding this treatment, if I had the extra money Id love to have PPG make me a gear set or get on the PTuning gearset purchase, but Im not going to spend any more big money on this car. If the cryo/REM treatment really works to increase gear strength I'm willing to try it for a couple hundred $$.

I've also read up a bit on the cryo treatment and am interested in the benefits. I'm looking at new pistons and block/head work, so this seems like a good investment.

Any background that we need to know??

Used to cryo treat my street luge axles, worked well. We cryo treated and rem coated the gears in one transmission on our TA tC... Lasted maybe 3 more laps than usual. Lol. Only odvious prolonged life was with the gear squirter oil cooler setup.

I'll get somebody who works up front to chime in on that, I'm always working in the shop. Last I heard we didn't have enough deposits.

Do I sense group buy potential?

What would need to be sent in to that company?
