looking into a custom stage 0 set up what parts going to be needed in order to run on 6psi with no injectors or f/ic. The reason im asking is cuz i would like to know what manifold and turbo to use i cant find one that will let me run a 16g from the evo 3 that i have just sitting around at the house

makes it so u can use any manifold you want you can even use the ebay manifold that last a liftime and is >100 dollars

God I hate Gran Turismo for doing that to this generation.

 

no intercooler right off the bat just lookin to have a set up similar to what zpi had. But since zpi went under i will go the custom route

 

Make sure you install wideband AFR and boost gauges and keep the boost/hp low enough for the stock injectors. Also make sure you don't change your MAF tube diameter. One-step colder plugs would be a good idea.

yeah i already have the boost gauge and im going to order the afr gauge prob on fri

 

U should use the stock airbox an maf holder so it desnt get inaccurate readings

I have a stage 24.5!!!! - Im with ya - i just laugh every time a ricer talks about getting his "stage 4 turrrbo!!!!" lol I wish no one wouldve ever came up with the whole "stage" nomenclature. Its not a standardized system by any means and is pointless.

I plan to use my intake that i have right now, i have my own custom intake so i will use the maf sensor adapter and incorperate it in the kit

 

this is a recipe for disaster... no inj. no ems. no ic.... motor wont last long on that setup

 

be careful! It can be done but your treading a fine line!

 

it wont be with out the f/ic injectors or the fmic for long maybe a month or two if that but im just trying to get peoples in put that way i can safely run this typemof set up but going the custom route

 

Then why not wait? Seriously a month longer wont kill you. But it could kill your motor if you dont wait.

 

well i thought that since i have the 16g just laying around and i have the oil feed and return lines the boost gauge im going to order the afr gauge on fri n getting my other oil pan tapped on sat i could go ahead and create my own stage 0 zpi did it y can't i lol

 

will that manifold hold 10 psi
