Resurfacing

Upgraded Seals
Bronze Valve Guides
Valves (from OE sized to 1mm OB---user choice)

Full Assembled ready to roll!

Short block is roughly considered everything below the cylinder head.
Long block = short block + cylinder head.
I hope that clears that up for you.

just so you know, this is not what you would call a built motor...usually people are talking about the bottom end (pistons, rods and bearings) when they talk about building the motor to up the boost.
