Again, same thing for me is that I don't know anyone here that could "do" my inspections. I am new to the area and don't know garage guys.

Money in hand but I will likely end up going S/Ced because of the hassle of emissions in NY.

 

I guess I must have missed this part of the discussion, but all you need to do is find a shop that doesn't do a visual inspection.
I know I'm not in NY, but they are SUPPOSED to do visuals here, but no one does...so as long as your now throwing a CEL, you pass.

I don't have a dezod kit, I have a TT kit, but i'm pretty sure with whatever kit you have, the AEM F/IC, a good tune and maybe an anti-fouler, you should be able to run with no CEL.

 

Run a catted DP and tune it well with no CELs and you will be fine.

 

Any special way to tune so that there is no CEL w/ catted dp?

Is Ripp Modds a good place to take it? I am quite close to them in NYC.

 

Enough fuel to supply to turbo in boost, enough timing to not make it slug, but yet not have detonation, and be close to 14.7:1 at idle and light cruise in VAC. NOT rocket science by any means.

 

Oh, and everything in this kit should be it. Minus gauges and a tapped OP correct?

 

Yes sir. All of the sale kits are S1 kits, which include PnP fuel injectors, PnP harness for the FIC and an AEM FIC.

 

This is a hell of a deal!

 

are those injectors RC or deatsch?

 

We only use Deatsch and have been that way for the last year and half or so.

 

We are in the process of building approx 25 kits at this VERY moment. So in about 2 weeks or so we are hoping to have a 3-5 days turnaround time.

Yeah son! This is just a sample of part of the Dezod turbo install kits being built. They ain't ready for the worst yet.
