Yes it is advisable to replace your injectors with a larger one to avoid damaging your engine I would recommend 550cc minimum.

These would work. http://www.dezod.com/pd_deatsch.cfm

dude if your turbo id at least run 440cc injectors. The supercharger ran 410cc and that was around 200-230whp depending on mods. I would say 550cc injectors to play it safe. 9psi would be strecthing 440cc injectors i would think plys 550cc allows for you to turn up the boost a lil more too. Play it safe!

your wondering what injectors?

I would say 550cc but im a almost noob at turbo. I have just done my research. If Paul Dezod says 550cc minimum id go with that. I think at 6psi 440 would be good but that seems like some big a/r numbers so you will prolly wanna turn up the boost to utilize that turbo more i would think in the future. Id say 550 but im sure someone more knowlegable will chime in soon.

guys im just going to give a quick guide...JUST A GUIDE (for those that may want to give me crap about it)

16g turbo up to 6psi can work
t3/t4 of popular trims is a no go for stock injectors

(yes there are many variables, yes not all turbos are the same, yadda yadda freaking yadda)..lol

Why skimp on proper fueling? Do you have enough money for a rebuild? Cuz that could be the result when boosting without adequate fueling.

Stay off the boost until you get some injectors.

it's sad when people throw money at a build, but then want to skip on injectors or a tune.

Too much flow for 440cc injectors... 10psi on that turbo with our engien should make 300whp. You need 550cc minimum - in fact with 550cc's, you won't have any more room to grow.

however i think that if you added a fuel pump it may be doable but even still i would venture to guess you would be maxing out those injectors at 10psi with that turbo...this isnt set in stone, i havnt seen it personaly (440cc injectors, highflow fuel pump, 10psi), im baseing this off of other setups iv tuned and the results of that.

I just started my research on a turbo for my ride, and I already know that I'm getting 550cc injectors. Like the others have said, play it safe. Your going to be investing a lot of money.

also if i may suggest that if you think you may want to go higher later you may want to go up to 700cc injectors. just a thought. its just cheaper in the long run cause 700cc's are roughly the same price. however you go too high and you may end up sacrificing comfort. Idle may be harder to tune to stock feel. again just a thought
