Default Emanage blue vs f/ic at part throttle?

i'm considering buying an emanage blue with the pressure sensor out of the classifieds. my question is can the blue with the sensor tune as good as the f/ic at part throttle? or at least enough that I wont know the difference. i'm only going to be running 9psi

The blue isn't completely horrible, but it doesn't offer any partial throttle fuel control. This option of WOT control only poses a scare for many that daily drive their car.

When the blue came out, it was an amazing system for the money. As cars and technology become more advanced, the something more is needed. The new AEM FIC addresses this new demand, and with new technologies of its own, that wasn't available when the Emanage blue was first made.

Hopefully that helps. FIC for the win . Good luck with your build.

We no longer carry them. Demand fell off once the AEM unit came out. I think you can still find them used here and there.

I'm growing tired of these threads...the F/IC is the hands down better product.

but just to clarify, even WITH the greddy pressure sensor, the Blue does NOT allow for partial throttle tuning while the F/IC does...am I correct?

You are correct!

If people do own the emanage, I still recommend the pressure sensor regardless. Being able to adjust fuel and ignition trim by boost level is a must!

As a previous owner of the emanage blue, do yourself a favor and just get the AEM F/IC. F/IC comes with everytying you need out of the box, where as the blue makes you buy all this other ____ just to get the damn thing to work. yes, i'm bitter
