Default eManage Question

My turbo kit will be going on this spring and I have a blue for management (going to be getting the support tool soon). I have been reading everything I can find about the subject but can't find a difinitive answer...can you tune partial throttle with eManage? I keep hearing both ways but want to know for sure if I will be safe running the blue or if I need to go above and beyond for keeping tabs on my engine. Thanks.

I thought the ultimate may have something for partial, but not 100% sure on that.

I know the dezod black box would help. So probably PM Joe or Paul from dezod to answer your questions. they always help me!
