Default forced induction q! ZPI kit

i have the ZPI stage 0 kit, and i al almost ready to put it all together...

just wondering....

for the dump tube/pipe how did you guys do it? ive seen a diy on the zpi stage 0 and he had the dump tube welded or linked back to the downpipe.

other stores say just have the flange and make a dump pipe exhaust straight down and exhaust it under the engine.

my question....are either possibility a good choice??? or am i getting false information??

how did you guys do it? im hoping to have everything up and runnin by saturday....let me know!!!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST

i need to know...where did you guys get the oil pan tapped at....cause im getting the oem oil pan tapped soon and i was wondering how you guys did that too!

thanks guys!!!!!!

you can do it either way. with the an open dump its going to be louder when you hit full boost but its a good loud. i have my wastegate dumping into my downpipe. either is a good choice.

you just want to tap your oil pan high on the front side. make sure you take you time or else you are buying a new oil pan.

btw what turbo and how much boost will you be running?

Go to an exhaust shop and have them bend you one. Just get the flange and gasket, and they'll take care of the rest...

well i just went to the exhaust shop and they said its no problem to add the pipe on the flange but they suggest the dump pipe to drop down and exhaust out (not going into downpipe) and they want me to mark where i want them to tap it for me....thats why i asked where should i tap it!

THANKS GUYS for any posts and future posts

I personally had mine routed straight down next to the downpipe and cutoff right at the oil pan. Sounded beautiful.
