Question FORGE Splitter Recirculation & BOV Question

Hi, i just install a Forge Splitter recirc/BOV valve on my 06 tC Supercharger. the valve seems to be holding boost pretty god and i have no ruff idle at all. My A/F is at 14.7 at idle. My question is this, when the car is at idle the valve is always open, when i apply gas it will close and it will open normal when i apply boost and release the gas, but when i am cruising the valve is open. I am doing something wrong or this is normal behavior. Another thing is that i am getting the code P0172 (bank 1 detected a rich condition) some times, i have the Scangauge 2 and i just clear the code, but there is NO hesitation or any other reaction to the code. What is a normal A/F ratio on normal driving with Supercharger, OEM ecu & Unichip with S/C map at 93 octane, Thanks.
