thats weird...cold start issues usually happen when using a standalone. Your piggybacking off the stock ECU and there shouldnt have been any adjustments to your cold start enrichment cycle. Pull your plugs and check them, check all your vacuum sources. Do you have a wideband?

Well I am assuming he has bigger injectors then stock. If say the long term fuel trim is maxed out then the car may not run right until the stock wideband is warmed up. Even a blow off valve could possible mess up a cold start. Really there is no way to tell exactly over the internet or over the phone really.

I do have a wideband sensor and it does not start reading my AFR's until the car temp needle is almost above the second line. I spoke to Sean the owner at Church Automotive Tuning today on the phone and he said he knows about the issue im having and he told me to bring my car by next week when im free to get a re-tune done and he will set me straight. They have tuned many scions in the past and I hear they do some bad ___ work sooo I'm thinking all will be well after my visit.
