Default Fueling options

Alright so far I have a Walboro 255 and 700cc injectors. This setup works fine up to 12.5 psi 93 oct on a t3/t04 57trim .63ar.

I've been running E85 for the last couple of months and need a bit more fuel than before, problem is that I will not be able to get a return fuel system until next summer. Best I can do is get a fuel rail, question is: would the bigger inner diameter of the fuel rail help out a bit? As far as injector duty cycle goes of coarse, it seems like it might given that I will have a couple extra ounces of fuel readily available vs stock fuel rail.

What r u guys thoughts? I turned the boost down to 9 psi to help the situation, don't mind doing it since I can't afford breaking things at the moment because of the babies I would call paul or world, but don't want to bother them on the weekend.

later

OK..

Fuel system on a budget:

This was my idea soooo.

GHETTO FUEL SYSTEM 101 By elevationtc:

One Find yourself used or new FPR 1:1.
get about 14-17 feet of Vacume line
Get about 4-5 feet of high pressure fuel hose.
Get two rivets(have to measure size for you)
3/16 1 foot pipe

NOW:

Remove intake fuel pump assembly.

Remove STOCK FPR plug.

Use to rivets to rivet the top and bottom port of plug, AS well someone else used jbweld(i didint try this)

Reinstall plug. Get your 3/16 drill bit and drill the tank right to the left of fuel outlet. you will notice that there is a spot for this fuel line to slide right into if drilled correct.

cut oem fuel line at fitting. attach rubber High pressure hose use two High pressure hose clamps.

run this into inlet of FPR connect supply side of FPR to the oem fuel line using high pressure line and 2-3 hose clamps slide this as far over oem line as possible!

Run return outlet from FPR to the 3/16 line intake.

mount fpr.

run vacume line to FPR. set base pressure.

Now you have rising rate fuel pressure..

warning this is ghetto.

This does work

It is ghetto.

Have fun.. be safe. if you catch fire its not my fault!

k thanks!

thanks for the comments, I'll see what I can come up with. I have an extra stock fuel rail laying around that I can play with, piecing together a FR system shouldn't be too hard.

^^ i would say use the oem rail first, you save at least 100 bucks from that.. Im sure what gives you a significant fueling upgrade is the return setup +pump.. later on you can upgrade
