it clearly states in the S/C manual that you need to run premium gas... same as any other forced induction...

I wouldn't run anything less than 91 with f/i, I wouldnt listen to any of them, unless they will pay for a new motor.

Your run 87 because your going to blow your motor....I wonder if the trade in value on S/C tc has gone down!

i was thinking he was crazy when he told me that. i think he said that not knowing that i have a s/c TC and was trying to sell me a 08 with a s/c and said that i can still run regular gas so i can "save money" at the pump.
we left and i got her a 09 TSX instead.

I say you go back with a recorder in your pocket, and ask him again if it's ok to use 87. Once you have it on tape, run s/c on 87 til it blows, and then go back to the dealer with your recorder and get a new one!!! Mwahahaha! J/K that's mean. Seriously though, tell your g/f to slap that dude.

yea everything is cool. i changed the shaft side of the s/c and is running great now. i switched out the bracket also b/c the OEM one was cracked on both mounting points.i just got a set of weapon R header and s pipe... will probably have to take the s/c out to get that in.

Did you use the new bearings when you changed it out. Also you will probably will need to take out the s/c to get the header in. It makes it alot easier to install.

You're running without an IC? It must be at low boost..

Can you tell me your turbo's specs and what boost you're running on?

Also where is your MAF located?
